Bill Heldman is an accomplished and creative author, speaker, and trainer. His first book-writing venture was a study guide he co-authored for Sybex Books, Inc. titled MCSE: Systems Management Server 1.2 Study Guide. In addition to the Study Guide, Bill has also written other study guides for the MCSE including topics such as Exchange Server, Internet Security and Acceleration Server, and Windows 2000 Network Infrastructure Design. Additionally, he has written the Sybex Project+ study guide for the CompTIA Project+ exam, also administered by Prometric. Overall, Bill has been the author, co-author or contract writer on 13 different books for Sybex.
